HOW DO I JOIN DATATELLIGENCE ONLINE?

You can join the panel directly on our web site by completing a short registration form. Registration is easy and should take no more than 5 minutes of your time. Just click here to join.

No. Membership is free and no purchase is necessary to join the panel.

WHAT DO I DO?

You will be invited to participate in 1 to 2 surveys a month. If you wish to participate, simply click on the survey URL and you’re on your way to making your opinions heard and earning great cash and prizes. Most surveys take about 10-20 minutes to complete. If you don’t have the time or do not wish to participate, simply ignore the invitation. You are never obligated to participate.

WHY DO YOU COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We collect personal information to better understand your background, so that we can invite you to participate in surveys that are relevant to you. This also ensures that you’re qualified for the surveys you are invited to and therefore, giving you a better chance at winning great cash and prizes.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY INFORMATION?

You may update your information by logging in to your member account. Simply select “update information” on the menu and you’ll be able to change your password, email, street address and other demographic information.

HOW DO I CANCEL MEMBERSHIP?

We value your opinion and hope that you continue to remain a member of the Datatelligence Online community. However, if you wish to cancel membership, you can do so in several ways. You can log into the members area and click on the “cancel membership” button. You may also send an email to studies@datatelligence.net and you will be deactivated from the panel. Please feel free to give us any feedback on your reasons for canceling membership.

AM I REWARDED FOR MY TIME?

Yes. Depending on the length and type of the study, panel members will be rewarded in a variety of ways. You can earn cash for your participation, entered into a drawings, or earn Datatelligence points for each survey you’ve completed. Panelists who have accumulated enough points can either cash out, or redeem their points for a variety of great prizes in our catalog.
Each survey invitation will clearly describe the gift or compensation and include details about your chance of winning. For a complete listing of reward options, see the privacy policy.

HOW CAN I REDEEM MY DATATELLIGENCE POINTS?

Once you’ve accumulated 1000 points, you can log into your members account and redeem your points for a gift code.  It’s that simple.

DOES IT COST ME ANYTHING TO REDEEM MY POINTS?

No. When you redeem your points, items selected will be shipped to you free of charge. Our reward program will cover shipping and handling cost.

WHAT IF I’M UNABLE TO ACCESS YOUR SURVEY?

If you’re having problems with a survey link, or unable to participate in a survey you were invited to, send an email to studies@datatelligence.net.

I’M NOT RECEIVING SURVEY INVITATIONS. WHY IS THAT?

Typically, you will receive about 1-2 survey invitations a month. If you have not been invited to participate in at least one survey in the past 2 months, please login to your account and confirm that the email address we have on file is correct.

If your email is correct, please make sure that you completed the panel profile screener. This is the short survey you should have completed when you became a member. This basic background information is needed, so that we can invite you to participate in studies that fit your profile. If your email is correct, you completed the panel profile screener and you’re still not receiving survey invitations, you might want to check your email filter settings and make sure the invitations are not going to your junk mailbox. If this is the case, please add surveys@datatelligence.net to your address book. For aol, yahoo and hotmail users, please click here to learn how to save us to your address book.

WHAT KIND OF COMPUTER DO I NEED?

While no special computer is required, we recommend using IE (Internet Explorer) 8.0 or above, Mozilla Firefox 5.0 or above to complete our surveys. However, most major browsers are supported. In the event you’re invited to participate in a study that requires the use of multimedia (video, music, web page evaluation) and your system does not support it, simply ignore these surveys and wait for another invitation.  We do not recommend to take our surveys on mobile devices.
